Matcha scoop (Chashaku)

The matcha scoop, or chashaku, is a measuring utensil for traditional Japanese tea ceremony. A full scoop will measure out approximately 1 to 3 grams of matcha, depending on the size of the scoop and the brand of matcha you use.
